Daewoo DR-200 Rifle

It's really too bad that the Daewoo assault rifles were banned from import (under Bush I, by the way). They are basically the S. Korean version of the AR-15, some parts are even interchangeable. But, the Daewoo uses long-stroke gas piston operation--almost identical to the AK-47.

Best of both worlds. Very accurate. Very reliable. If you ever stumble across one, give some serious consideration to buying it. Any one have site, dealer, to purchase one?????

No, it's the Daewoo of Black rifles....Daewoo builds crappy little shyterockets too.

At least they aren't stupid like Daihatsu and actually call their junk a "Charade".

I looked it up on Gunsamerica. Between 850 and 2,500. Uses ar-15 mags. I think the money would be better spent on an AK and some ammo or an AR and no ammo.

I remember when a local department store was selling these for like $300. That was about 16 years ago. I almost bought one. Wished I had now for the resale value.
