I guess this is probably the best place for this listing:

Countryside Library

http://www.countrysidemag.com/library.html

This link is to the Countryside magazine's online library or articles. They have some great articles on alternative energy, country kitchen, gardening, farm animals, blacksmith forge and much, much more.

I have also browsed through this site and found information and links that are very useful:

Journey to Forever

http://journeytoforever.org/

When you have time check out the sites. If anyone else knows of places like these that offer good information please let me know.
Thanks.

Seeing the interest in the Countryside Magazine web site, I downloaded the entire site, and it is offered here for your personal use only. There are four(4) files uploaded here, which must be in the same directory after download, and you MUST have them ALL. They are a split ZIP file, the 4th file is the actual zip file, the first are split ZIP data files, two (2) to each ZIP. Create a directory and download into it - Unzip the first three (3) into the same directory you created, then run the final ZIP - the zip file will automatically create a "My Web Sites\Countryside Magazine" folder in your C\: root directory. Move into the newly created directory and double-click the Index.html file to start. The entire site is only 19MBs :thumb:

Here is what the web site has to say they are geared towards: "It's not a single idea, but many ideas and attitudes, including a reverence for nature and a preference for country life; a desire for maximum personal self-reliance and creative leisure; a concern for family nurture and community cohesion; a belief that the primary reward of work should be well-being rather than money; a certain nostalgia for the supposed simplicities of the past and an anxiety about the technological and bureaucratic complexities of the present and the future; and a taste for the plain and functional."

To start the 4 downloads, click the below link.
