If someone really wanted to pull off a bio or nuke attack, they would have already been able to do so, considering that our borders are pretty much open... People will buy into this fear mongering and beg for a solution.. And one will come.. And the cost will be more liberties.. All because 911 has turned us into a nation of total *******.

Been to both - Unless you speak Portuguese decently, not a lot of Brazilians speak good english, go to the Singapore, but its more costly to live in Signapore IMO. Weather in both places is about the same. If you like beef, Brazilian BBQ is the best in the world!

I guarantee that whenever the next "attack" occurs, FEMA will have already coincidentally have set up camp within the few days before.. Just like 9/11..
