Bench press: 160 lbs. - 5, 5, 5, 3.5 o_O, 5, 5 reps.

... I bet that 3.5 rep set was fun, unless you have a good spotter.
On the third rep of that set I lowered the bar crooked and it bottomed out on one of the spotter arms, broke my focus, wobbled the bar, so I pressed it back up about 3 inches short of my chest and counted it a half rep. I did one more rep and said 🤬 that set. 😆

Bench press: 165 lbs. - 5 sets, 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 reps (failed halfway up on 5th rep)

Great start. But you need to add in some amount of MA training.

See if you can source a Wing Chun instructor (a 'Sifu') who caters to seniors or older students, ... or at least women.

Yip Man was still kickin' ass well into his late '80s. (y)
