Bench press: 155 lbs. - 5 sets/5, 5, 5, 5, 6 reps.

Speed bag: 3 sets/3 minutes ea. (1-minute break between sets)

Dead lift: 180 lbs. - 5 sets/5 reps (hip felt okay)

Speed bag: 3 sets/3 minutes (one minute between ea. set)

Walked w/grippers: 5 minutes

(Maintained a 2:07 minute/500 meter rate until last 500 meters. Then dropped to a sub 2:05 minute/500 meter rate to finish.)

Bench press: 160 lbs. - 5 sets/5 reps (Would have failed with one more rep on last set.)

Speed bag: 4 sets/3 minutes (One minute rest between sets)

Walked w/grippers: 5 minutes

(Plan was to maintain the following minutes/500-meter rate:

1st 500 meters - 2:07
2nd 500 meters - 2:03
3rd 500 meters - 1:57
4th 500 meters - 1:53​

Faded with 400 meters remaining and just held on with a painful last 100-meter sprint)​

Dead lift: 185 lbs. - 5 sets/5 reps

(hip felt okay)​

Walked w/grippers: 5 minutes

(My only benchmark rates for extended time on this rower were:​
45 minutes: 2:24.3 minutes/500 meters​
10,000 meters: 2:14.7​
I wanted to beat my 45-minute rate, but knew the 10,000 meter rate could not be reasonably attained.​
For the first 15 minutes goal was to maintain a 500-meter average between 2:20 and 2:25 minutes which was done with a 2:23.6.​
To the 30-minute mark the goal was to get as close to a 2:20 minute/500 meter average as possible. It was a 2:20.7.​
I wanted to set a pace from the 30 to 45-minute time period to the middle of 2:15 to 2:20, but a couple minutes in I realized that wasn't going to happen.​
So my focus shifted to maintaining the 2:20 minute average rate and just finishing the full hour. Finish rate was 2:20.1.)​

Well done, I like the planning. An hour is not even on my radar at this point, but that's a great goal/time.
Without planning I cannot get through some of the tough spots. I had planned on doing the bench press, but somehow got snagged into consideration of the rowing marathon, which is in the neighborhood of 4 hours for 42,195 meters. It was one of those WTH moments ... lemme try an hour. That hour certainly tempered my thoughts about doing four! 😳 😆

(Absolutely no energy today on both the row and the bench. Could barely reach 5 reps on first 4 sets)​

Deadlift: 190.0 lbs. - 5 sets of 5 reps

(slight discomfort in hip 4th and 5th sets)​

(Tried to break under 4 minutes which I have done several times, but had no strength.)​

Bench press:
170.0 lbs. - 1 set/5 reps
165.0 - 1 set/5 reps
160.0 - 1 set/5 reps
155.0 - 3 sets/5 reps

(My intent was a 5x5 workout with 170 lbs, but I lost a lot due to the flu last week. Had to settle with 155.)​

Walked w/grippers: 5 minutes.
