Wasn't it the CIA that was conducting illegal mind control drug experiments on US citizens in mental hospitals, without the permission of the patients and/or congress under project MK ULTRA back in the 1970s?CIA violates laws? Really, get out.:
I vaguely recall that Congress got wind of it and shut their workshop down...not because they were abusing mental patients, but because they did it without getting approval from Congress first.
