I've given this several days to settle before I commented and my feelings are that is not as grievous as it may look.
Why have I reached that conclusion? There are several reasons.
I found interviews with another witnesses who said this woman was kind of scary. Like on drugs or some type of mental problem.
Unlike many 'encounters' this happened on public ground and near this freeway where she could cause a major incident. Also to my mind it was one-on-one and limited to using his hands/fists instead of a pistol, 'billie club',flashlight, tazer, pepper spray, or half dozen to one.
This wasn't a swat raid on your home in the middle of the night, some type of implied consent to search, or any of the feds 'abc' agencies raiding raw milk or backyard gardening projects or raiding guitar makers. These examples are examples of militarization force this above example with the woman is not.
I was initially outraged but after consideration I conclude the video is not as bad as it at first appears to be.
