Chinese troops offer an Afghan solution

With its latest exercises, China could be winking at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the United States - both of which are presently engaged in Afghanistan - saying, we have troops, they are trained, and we could send them over.

Obama might just wave them on into the fray, and a fray it would become, Chinese and Western forces as allies (?). "Sorry Pakistan, we are parking 50,000 CHINESE troops on your border now."

Gods, we should remain belligerent to the Chinese and NOT invite them to cooperate on military objectives, but the idea is fascinating with all of its ramifications. I imagine Chinese and American troops in Afghanistan, meanwhile Israel pops the cork on Iran and we already have 50k Chinese that much closer to something that could have ramifications prophetic and biblical.

I lived in SE Asia for years, speak Mandarin and know the people and the mentality (or at least as close as an average American White Boy might get).

With their population (1.3 BILLION), compared to the U.S. (300 MILLION), the CHICOMS don't make moves of this significance without either a really good reason or a really good payback.

Here in N. America and Europe, we focus on short term payoff. The CHICOMS think much further out.

They would not be making any gestures/hints/etc.. towards this unless it fit into a grand strategic outlook. Even if it is something as simple as getting some of their troops real combat experience.

OR

Perhaps their internal problems, such as with the Muslim Chinese in the NW of their country, like the Uihgurs from the Xinjiang Province, have them concerned enough to step outside of their borders.

Something IS missing from this story though. It stinks, like fermented tofu (Cho Doh Fu).

China actually shares a common border with Afghanistan, although it measures upwards of 200 km at best. This is at the East end of where Afghanistan slopes over the top of Pakistan.

Still, the Biblical implications of this are, uh, errrr, worth serious consideration.

I imagine the Chinese see the Taliban and Al Quada as a threat to their security as their Muslim populations continue to grow and worry that the possibility of increasing recruitment and unrest among them must be dealt with now before it can get out of hand. These minorities are sending recruits to be trained as we speak and since the ChiComs hold a hugh financial sword over our neck they have the clout to push their way in. And Obama would use this as an excuse to bail out of Afganistan to both appease the far Left base and give more attention to his own internal security problems.

Sorry, but all I read from the article is a lot of 'could be' speculation from the journalist, coupled with intel most of us already know about. There were absolutely zero comments from any Chinese about going to Afganistan. So this article is pretty much par for the course in news media hooey.

That said, China could do with some actual combat experience for their bulked-up military. They're getting better tech and better training, but their modern era combat experience is falling behind quickly.

When Chinese and Western armies cooperate for the same objective, that is a major signal that the NWO is solidifying.
