Except oil and resources not suseptible, potentially, to a bottleneck by our Navy in Indonesia or a dangerous cruise through the Indian pond or a vulnerable transit through Rigal's country (isnt your displayed flag Pakistan?)

Russia has alot of both, they need western expertise to re-drill the wells through the permafrost and run a couple Alaskan type pipelines due south. Its not a coincidence that many of them will pass throu Xinxaing province, where the CCP's 3rd genocide since 1949 is in full swing. There are no coincidences in 50 year plans with the CCP.

I would love to hear Rigal's viewpoints on this, if willing. The South China News and Al Jazeera have been quite informative, as has the BBC and Sky News. Many perspectives, indeed. Thank you.

They encroached into Chinese territory. Ambushed and killed 4 Chinese soldiers. And then got the thrashing of their lives.

There are many strategic retreats and charges... back and forth .. in any skirmish. The end result is what stands.

Having said that, India made a Bollywood movie staring Ajay Devgand. Clips from that movie have deliberately been circulated all over YouTube and such to show India didn't lose as miserably as it did.

I have counted India out since ten years now. Totally and completely.

Why? China has nothing in common with Russia.
Sounds like you are real China fanboy...

I think you have run into me a bit late.... if you knew me for the past year, you wouldn't have felt the need to say that. :ROFLMAO:

Anyway... if you can tear yourself away from FOX and CNN.... why not listen to the best military analyst from India? The man has solid credentials... was in the army... and is even respected outside India.

You mentioned a lot of things... what exactly would you like to talk about?
China dealing with creating a land based supply line for needed oil and resources, intially through your country, but on the way to building the Siberian-Russian sourcing. Have you been following this at all. Most Americans are too distracted currently to think widely or very far ahead.

It's called CPEC. It's the very first part of "Belt and Road".

Of course I am. It's being built around me... I can't avoid it even if I tried.
I was hoping that that would be the case! So, questions, I see this as the Chinese main effort during this period to build more secure supply lines, both ways, but also further west and northwest for shipping. My guess was that that meant alot of construction in pipelines, highways and railines, to service bulk resource transfer?

No pipelines yet. Highways and railways are the focus along with special economic zones... tax free areas where Chinese businesses find it easy to set up shop and make stuff. Plus a whole brand new city with deep sea port. And making power supplies more robust.

This seems to be a backup for when China's ships are blocked in the oceans. We have given them a second coastline... near the world's energy jugular.... that can't be blocked.

China is going to have two coasts... just like America. And when Russia settles down from it's silly wars, they are welcome to plug themselves into this system too.

The events leading up to that attack are still disputed, and nobody had ever accused the Chinese government of being honest or truthful. India should have slaughtered every Chinese soldier who crossed their border when China first started their incursions, but those days are past, especially with the new BRICS becoming more of a thing.

Not when there is photographic evidence.

The Chinese side has provided pictures of Indian soldiers trying to invade their side... and beaten up Indian prisoners-of-war. India, on the other hand, provided doctored movie clips.

I get it.... it's the duty of every American to hate on China. So they look for any bad news that maybe they slipped on a banana peel and broke their neck. But that don't make it true:

As we can see, the Chinese are trying to stop the Indians from going any further.... the angry Indian news-people are trying to muck it up claiming this or that but.... the video is there.

I'm not interested in the melees between these two countries or thier lies about that rather pathetic combat. This is a time of international change from the old globalist system into competing regional systems, like asia, the Americas. Africa, Europe and associated areas. Currently, China/India is a great advanced look, and Pakistan is a development corridor, and Rigal has graciously been boots on the ground. Thank you, Rigal.

Pakistan is also a very mixed geography, a mixture of construction challenges. Surmountable but the extra resources draw from other projects. If you have monitored Nigeria, South Africa and Kenya, you have seen Chinese neocolonialialism development project outcomes.

Continuing on, Rigal, have Chinese development/trade zones started developing in Pakistan? What about the new port-city?

OTOH, I am hoping to see more organized, effective melees along the Chinese-Indian border, before a hot war eventually develops.

That is the wrong thing to hope for. Any more organized, it might boil over into full war.

that rather pathetic combat.
It was kept from boiling.

Why make it hot with guns when you are taking over Indian land with almost no fighting?

Bruce Lee.. "Fight without fighting".

Some.

What about the new port-city?
Here you go... Belt and Road (called CPEC in Pakistan)....

This was just tiny village and sand dunes 15 years ago. In another 15 years we'll be able to supply ALL of China's energy and other stuff through this place and other ports if China is ever blocked in the South China Sea.

People are all worried about Russia, but they haven't proven to be all that effective on the ground. I think the same will be true of China. Communist, conscripted armies don't have the heart for the fight that people protecting their own turf do.
Our track record isn't all that stellar either...
