Good day friends.

I'm in Autauga county. Looking for like-minded locals to share information with. I have an established homestead built on weekends. Not really a prepper per-se, but I do tend to be one who tries to be non-dependent on facilities like public water or electricity. I'd like to prepare to raise chickens. I have the population and ability to harvest venison if need be. Plenty of wood for fires if necessary.

Anybody out there willing to discuss any of these things or how to live better while being non-dependent?
