Has anybody ever canned cowboy candy (candied jalapenos) I have found some recipes, and someone posted that their food preservation expert friend says water bath say 10 min 1/2 pint, 15 min 1 pint. But she had not tried it. I was wondering if it ends up mushy. Most of all the recipes call for it being kept indefinitely in fridge.
