I'm going to start trying out products that are a cheaper alternative to name brand equpment wile im camping.... tomorrow im going to bring along this Magnesium flint stick that i picked up at harbor freight... we'll see if its useful

not this trip... this was pretty much the inspiration but each time i camp im going to look for more things to try.... Actually i recently bought a truper brand cane knife (corn knife) as a stand by for about $11 but if i like how it holds up ill keep it around
