Anyone have a particular brand of bullet puller (collet style) they favor? I've been researching the RCBS, Hornady and the Forster. Price is less importance than durability. I've read good and bad about all three brands.

The only collet type I've used is the RCBS. It works well for bullets that it can get a "bite" on.

For semi wad-cutters, I have to use the inertial.

I have a Frankfort Armory collet puller. I like it just great, no problems

Edit: my bad, its actually inertial. But I like it, its good therapy

I've used the RCBS with sucess on a number of calibers. One trick for the inertia style is to use a hockey puck as your striking surface to save wear on the puller and to muffle the sound.....
