I guess the next question to ask is WHERE you're looking to use it
If you're moving, buy something else,,,,
If you're at home:
Cut a hole in a bucket, install the filter, pour in water, catch filtered water through the bottom.
I have yet to even see mine. I have two at the house,,,,but I am not,,,,

My Backyard. I have 3 Wells on my Property. One feeds my house just fine, never asked when I bought the place,"Why are there three?"
My main Well feeds untreated water directly into my home and through my Tap and into my Body. I know it is safe, because inorder to get my VA Garanteed Home Loan, I had to have it tested by the State. They added a note to the results saying that my water was amongst the finest they had tested. I still have the Chemical Analysis Ticker Tape Thingy if anyone wants to claim that they have better water. The Elderly Couple that I bought the Home from, now go to my Neighbors House up the Road, as they are related to my Neighbor, just to fill Water Jugs, since they miss the taste of the mountain Aquifer Water.

Good and cheap do not normally go in the same sentence. Remember this is a water filter that you are trusting your life to.
