whats the best DVD on how to butcher and process a deer? I dont want to read a book on it beacuse i think its easier to watch it. i butchered two of my own deer last season but would like to be better at it this season.

The best thing IMO, life you are new to it, is have an experience friend guide you through it. After two or three times, it will become second nature. You can also practice on small game like rabbits since all four legged critters are similar anatomically. Backstraps, tenderloins, front and hind quarters.

The trickiest part is not cutting the hide if you intended on tanning it. Small knives are better for it since you have more control.
