Restarting the previous running program I did at the beginning of the year. Goal being to complete it again, just a little faster on each run, and then repeat it again and again as long as it motivates me I guess.

Been having some shoulder pain the past few weeks or more, no idea what caused it, can't put my finger on any event, both shoulders hurting...probably just age I guess. Taking it easy on the dips, but still trying to do them a bit just to keep the movement pattern in my CNS. DLs are weak as they will be when you forsake them as I have, hopefully I'll be doing them more often.
