TM Walk with 25 lbs in pack. 3 % grade/3.4 mph
2 miles/36:44

3/22
TM 2 miles @ 6.3 mph

3/24 (first failure on TM)
TM 3 miles at 6.3 was the plan, I pussed out and missed the goal.
What I did was 2.3 miles at 6.3, then walked a bit, then another 0.7 mile at 6.3 again to total 3 miles.
Pullups x8-5-5-3-1-1

TM 1 mile at 6.5 mph

Dips x10-15, (70)x5-5-5-5, x25

TM 1 mile at 6.5 mph (started at 7.0 but felt weak)

Sq. x15-15-15-15-15

TM hike, 1 mile, 3% incline, 3.5 mph, 50 lbs in pack

TB shrugs (135) x15-15-15-15

(50lbs was really pushing my limits with this pack...and I'm sure me alone, as it's been a while since I have carried 50 lbs in a pack apparently...it was painful.)

I had to mix things up today as I have just not been into my planned workout for whatever reason...In the past I did a similar workout that I think I may revisit.
