I THANK THIS IS AN AWESOME SURVIVAL KNIFE. IT IS MADE OUT OF HIGH CARBON STEEL!!! I ORDERED ON AND IT IS AWESOME!!

It can be put on a stick to be used as a spear. It has a pouch on the sheath to put stuff in. You can watch a video on the link i posted showing coldsteel testing the knife.

What do you all think?:D:

Gets super sharp and is a great slicer. Great in the kitchen, too.

You can't beat the crap out of it. I wish they made one 3/16 inch thick.
+1

They're good knives but they aren't super strong knives but they were designed to be given to your trackers, camp men etc. while on safari, as presents...They aren't gimmicks, they work and work well--you just have to sharpen them quite a bit, quite often but an edge is easy to put on...

The spear isn't very aerodynamic and you really should taper the shaft to fit the hilt properly--like they did on their Boar Spear...

SOG has one called Fusion Spirit, 4.25" blade, 10.65" OAL, designed to take a standard broom handle and MSRP $50 - Street $38...Much better design, throws a lot easier and is really wicked looking...
