Well yeah she would oppose that lol, if an audit went down all the Fed's dirty laundry would be hung out in the open air. I'd say that her forceful opposition is all the proof one needs to decide that the Fed DOES need to be audited.

If the Fed was auditeds it would destroy the global economy, plain and simple. As much as I hate the current system that allows the oligarchs power to rule over us, the destruction of that system would end many of our lives.

I don't see a peaceful end to the system. It's just a matter of time until it all unwinds and who is left alive afterwards is anybody's guess.

Yellen doesn't oppose an audit, she opposes the attempt cuz that would force them to admit that the Fed is way beyond gov oversight or control. If people realized that, well, nothing would happen.
