I just bought a set of three and wanted to know if anyone uses these, I couldn't find anything on here specific, though a lot of people have preferences.

Anyone have suggestions on this specific type of sharpener? They come with leather pouches, and were pretty cheap.

Where did ya get'em and how much did you pay for them if you don't mind me asking?

Arkansas stones are considered the benchmark by many, although Indian stones seem a tad bit finer to me - they are too much more expensive to justify the cost.

Small stones are difficult to sharpen larger knives with, but they are find for smaller blades. Some people claim they can use the smaller stones to put stone to blade rather than blade to stone on the bigger blades ... but I've never been able to do that with any effectiveness.

Are all three of yours the same grit or are they fine, medium and course?
