I have close to 5 acres about 10 miles west of Concho, AZ that I doubt I'll ever use. It's about a mile from the highway with a very decent, county maintained road. Power is at the property line. Water table isn't very deep. I own a well nearby so if you need to haul water until you drill a well, I'm OK with that. It's grassy meadow, flat with up to a ten degree slope. Apache County AZ is VERY easy to deal with for building permits etc. NO HOA / No deed restrictions etc. Good people in the area! Excellent BOL, place to raise kids etc..
