Here's something for all of us AR rifle guys to consider, the Archangel Sight System for AR rifles. Get a load of this device.

This sight system mounts on top of an AR rifle and has a very short sight radius. That makes it good for short range shooting needs or as a back-up sight system for emergency needs. I plan to order one and test it out as soon as I can. If I manage to get one, I will let you guys know how it tests out for me.

Agreed. Not sure what purpose this serves? If you want a short sight radius just mount front and rear sights on the upper receiver.

Is that intended to go out on the toprail in front of other optics?

It's like an emergency sight system for use when you don't have all your other sights or something. I figure I would test it out. It should be usable out to 300 meters or so in theory. It's a wild looking thing.
