We get them at our range regularly. They literally get laughed off the range. Especially if it's a .22.

I think the best he could hope for is a draw. While I would be temporarily incapacitated by hysterical laughter, he would be struggling to get that heavy thing up and stabilized enough to get off a shot.

 

Now that was funny! He had me fooled for a bit... until he started eating the candy out of the butt stock, I thought he was serious.

 

I witnessed a young man at the range a while back that had a similar set up. It had a fake aimpoint with a UTG magnifier. A knockoff grip-pod, a bipod, a flashlight, a "lazer", a mag-coupler, a tactical sling, some kind of AK74 looking brake.... etc... and he was standing shooting at a target that was no less than 10 yards away... then I noticed that it was one of the cheap .22 lr dedicated guns like Colt or S&W... :upsidedown:

He was giving that target He!! from 30 feet away, with his tacti-cool reloads while his girlfriend looked on...

Haha! Probably owned by a survivalistboards member. Looks like most of the AR-15s I've seen in these forums! As well as a few shotguns here and hilariously, a few .22s even!
