Basically it means nothing is getting shipped, food raw ,materials

nothing for the most part.

This is a omen of things to come

But if you look at the graph shown, it has only fallen to it's pre-2004 levels... It's only in the last 4 years that the price went from the 800 range to the 11,000 range.
