He was charged in 2014, he was sentenced to 5 years on the 23rd of Feb 2016. I remember when this scumbag got busted...

The sad part is he only got 5yrs, if it had been Joe public they'd have locked them up and thrown away the key...

Just was NOT served. He is only getting 5 years which means with time served and good behavior he'll be out on two. Gun smuggling, fraud, selling his senate seat and a host of other charges and he's only getting 5 years. It it were you or me we'd get a hell of a lot more.

Oh, and some of the guns he was trafficking were for Muslim terrorists in the Philippines.
