Affordable Pesticide/roundup/chemical free Flour or wheat berries?

About 20 yrs ago my gut would react to milk products. We started baking sour dough bread with captured wild yeast, and all our digestive problems disapeared. My wife still eats greek yogurt to keep her gut happy.

My advise is to replace any store bought prepared foods, and any milled white flour products. Eat only whole wheat, preferably from flour you grind yourself, and sourdough yeasties are your friends.

Not really worried about herbicide residue, but grains that were never sprayed, should be better.
