Well, my bar-b-q pit is not big enough so I am adding a smoker. This will give the pit 2 more grills 24 inches in diameter.
The smoke stack is being coped to make a 90 degree angle and relocated to the top of the smoker. Part of the stack will be used to make the inlet pipe, and the rest used to the smoke stack.
The heat level will be set by a pipe welded to the inside of the head on the smoker - pictures of that will be posted later.
Today I cut the the stack off, cut the angles on the pipe, cut the inlet and outlet holes in the smoker and did some welding on the trailer.
The big gauge on the top of the smoker has already been removed. What you see in thses pictures are when I was taking some measurements.
