The Airport, find a big plane and call it home.
Shipping containers, box trucks, 18 wheelers.
Long abandoned commercial property.
If everything goes to crap & the govt shuts down, any govt building, except for the welfare building. IRS building 1st choice.

I truly hate big cities and dislike all cities and most towns for many reasons which I should not have to explain. I also try to watch as many apocalyptic movies as I can find over the years. Here is one that seems to answer your question
