I don't have much in depth information to add, but I do have a winchester model 43 in 218 bee. Haven't shot it in a long time. Might have to break it out to kill a couple cookout hogs.

80-120 lb wild hogs that were trapped. Corn and fresh water for a few weeks and they will cook up real nice. Shots will be 5-10 yard head shot to stun, followed by a stick and bleed.
