I am just now starting food storage for my family. It gets expensive quick so I am looking at cutting costs as well as saving space in my home. My question is: Why does everyone use the small 5 or 6 gallon buckets to store wheat instead of the 55 gallon drums? My newbie uneducated thoughts...
