usgi sleeping bag

I'm looking to add a sleep system to my BOB. I've narrowed it down between these two. I'm looking for opinions, likes, and dislikes. Thanks In Advance, Pro-Pain (P.S. I'm on the mid-east coast. Fairly hot summers, and moderate winters.)
