    Post some pictures of your emergency food, your shelves, how you store it or how you make it. I try to do a 50/50 mix if normal food and actual emergency food. If it can sit on a shelf for an extended period of time then it goes onto the shelf.

    For a bug-in situation I have been wondering. For veggies that are available in the can, what is the advantage of dehydrating? I see why people would want to dehydrate items like brocolli and califlower that usually don't come in a can, but why dehydrate stuff like carrots, peas and beans...
