    I bought some Heavy duty mylar bags 'cause I do alot of dehydrated vegs etc. My thought was if they're 7 mils thick it would be quite difficult to develop a pin hole in the bag. .......So I've been doin lots of red potatoes so far and when they're bone dry they have some sharp edges....like bow...
