Thorfire asked if I would review the Thorfire TK01 Flashlight. This is a keychain sized flashlight that uses a single AAA battery. The Thorfire TK01 has a single setting of 85 lumens, which is going to be bright enough to change a car tire at night, look under the hood, use around a camp...

The Olight i1R EOS keychain flashlight is an ideal everyday carry flashlight - at least to me anyway. What I liked about the Olight i1R EOS flashlight: USB rechargeable Simple on / off with two brightness settings Weighs less than 1/2 ounce What I did not like about the Olight i1R EOS...

Overall, I found the Mountain House turkey tetrazzini, equal to beef stew and beef stroganoff. Sodium content - if you eat half the pouch that is 780 mg. If you eat the whole pouch that is 1,560 mg of sodium. For someone with high blood pressure or heart disease, that is a full days...

Mountain House Beef Stew is probably one of the better rounded meals from Mountain House. The beef, peas and carrots were all consistent with each other. The gravy had plenty of flavor. There was nothing bland or overbearing about the beef stew. Overall, this is going to be added to my preps.

Review of the Mountain House Breakfast Skillet. Probably the worst mountain house meal I have tried so far. Very bland with an overpowering potato taste.

I have a 50 gallon steel drum for kerosene storage. I have an extra long plastic siphon pump, but I'd like to get something that I can leave in the drum all the time, works a lot better/faster, doesn't leak, and won't expose my K1 to air/moisture when I'm not using it. I've read reviews on a lot...

One of the better unbiased reviews I have seen (courtesy of USCCA), and I appreciate the mention of BOBs as well as the even handed discussion of ARs and AKs in a similar pistol length configuration...

OK, so I had the weekend off, and it was cold enough up here in Allentown that my wife didn't really want to throw the packs on and go play in the woods, so I had to come up with something to do. I started to think, I bought my MSR Dragonfly stove because it is "multi-fuel" right? But I've...

OK, I'm a self-admitted Gerber geek. Got an email from USCAV and the new Gerber DMF was on the cover. Looks great, price is a bit salty for me ($199). Anyone have one of these, and if so what are your thoughts/comments on the knife? Thanks.:thumb:

Okay, my current grill has seen it's last bag of charcoal so it's time to get a new one. I have been doing a lot of review reading and price comparisons and would like to know what y'all recommend. So far I am leaning towards the Masterbuilt 7 in 1. You can use gas or charcoal and can smoke...

Hello all, I will soon be moving to a less oppressive location in terms of firearms laws and will also have the money to be purchasing some. I have used my time of not being able to purchase a firearm to research them and have been doing so for the past 7 months. I plan on attending a gunshow...
