    I just sealed my rice into my mylar and have had the o2 absorbers since last night. The mylar has not shrunk and hardened due to the vacuum yet. Of the 5 bags I did only one shrunk and the 4 I redid with a new o2 absorber and triple sealed with my hot iron. It has been 24 hrs since I resealed...
