About 4 years ago I got a Acer Aspire for my birthday. In less than a year, I managed to bend the screen too far back and broke the video cable.
Long story short, I just realized how cheap a video cable was.
The current operating system is Vista, but I desperately want to get rid of it.
Greetings, seemingly odd question, but can I operate my PC with no hard drive- i.e. using RAM, DVD and/ or the RAM on a USB stick? I am using PCLinux (KDE) at the moment on a new DELL laptop, it's going well and Linux is infinitely better than the horror that is windows.
I would like an answer...
Just downloaded Unbuntu 9.04 as part of the regular update package.
after reboot the machine wouldnt do anything, had to tinker with the old girl to get her up to speed ( laptop that is, for the confused ).
Anyone else experienced problems?
This is a first for me, should i expect more suprises...
