I just found a "corn nuts" grain mill on ebay for about $25. I have seen and read that the Country Living mills are excellent but they are also $450.
Does anyone have any knowledge of these "Corn Nut" grain mills?

I'm thinking of buying a manual grain/flour mill. Does anyone has experience with this? What are the things to look for. I want a mill that basically is able to grind everything, grain, nuts and mais.
I ground about three cups of red wheat and my wife made some biscuits from the flour. Brown biscuits with a hearty, robust flavor. They were a little bit heavy but not bad and we blamed that on not having a sifter and trying a new recipe.
