    It happened! I bought 10 Sapphire Gem chicks back in late February and just found my first egg in the nestbox. It is very small, but hey, you have to start somewhere! (Pardon the powdery hands, I was hitting the new earwig population in the storage part of the coop with DE when I found the egg.)
