The nature is beautiful and it's perfect, because humans have not managed to destroy it yet. Watching and observing wildlife can be very fascinating and "amusing" in some sort of way. Seeing predators seeking their prey, watching them stealthily and curiously. That's where the real action...

First off this guy is an idiot. I knew it was only a matter of time before someone was attacked by an animal all because they wanted a "selfie" with it. The thing I find odd is that the raccoon would stick around to be killed. His story doesn't really add up. What do you guys think? Jack...

Years ago I was listening to a cat purr, it purred so regularly I timed it with my watch, the cat purred exactly once every second for as long as I timed it. If a person needed to know how much time had passed I think this might work with other animals to , a panting dog for instance.

Despite all of the nonsense occurring politically, both here in Kalifornia and nationally, I have been noticing here in earthquake country some disturbing things. Our dogs have been acting rather nervously about nothing. Birds do not seem to be acting as they have in the past. A thought had...

Veterinarians, Thats the question. If you have a 1 rabbit that your counting on to be bred in a certain length of time, and something happens to that doe, what do you do? In a TEOTWAWKI situation you can't run across town to the vet. The only option is gonna be to doctor the animal yourself...

Yesterday while driving down the hiway, my husband spotted something grey and fuzzy in the center of the hiway and it moved. He made a u-turn, pulled off the side of the road got out and we noticed that it was a kitten no older than 2 months. My husband got to it just as a truck coming down...

I was wondering. When it comes to selecting a breed of chicken to grace your property.... What are you looking for in a chicken? For instance for me I look for ones that are Hardy, good layers, quiet, easy to handle, less or average broodiness, and dual purpose. Naturally this did not lead me...
