    So I've looked into both AK platforms and what I can't decide on is the fact that the 7.62 is more expensive then the 5.45 but 7.62 magazines are far more cheap and plentiful. Also all that I've the 7.62 ammo is fairly expensive commercially. Which one and why? Thanks all, Suburbprepper
