Salutations. I have some 38 Special and 357 Magnum brass that I'd like to reload. However I am quite new to reloading, (I've never done it) Their is this reloading press that I am looking at buying. However I have some questions before I start.
1) Will that press work for 38SP/357 Magnum...
i'm new to both this site and to firearms in general and still have sooooooo much to learn, so please be patient!
my primary cc firearm is a ruger lcr .38 special +, but i want to acquire a backup as well.
at this point i've narrowed the search down to a ruger lc9, a ruger lcp, a kimber solo...
got my first revolver...i was torn between a 1911 and a revolver i got a pre lock 640-1 chambered for 357/38:thumb:

From my opinion, pistols need to serve a dual role purpose - just like rifles or shotguns. Whether its on your hip while walking around the yard, or in your hand while hog or deer hunting, be sure to pick a caliber that will get the job done.

What do you guys think of the Taurus 85 .38 Special. I picked one up at the gun show here in Atlanta this weekend for $250 out the door. It's a 5-shot +P rated .38 Special 2" barrel snub nose revolver. It has the bright stainless finish on it with rubber grips. Any advise what ammo would be best...
