While I can get behind Perry on a lot of things, there are a few that I just cant. He is about as tough on the illegal alien issue as Jaun McLame and George Bush. He talked a good game the last campaing year that I voited for him but when it came time to produce, he avoided dealing with the issue to any degree at all. He also had a vested interest in Gardisil being mandated as a mandatory vaccine too, proving in many ways he is a typical politician. Igf he runs for office he wikll get my vote not becuase I really think he is all that great of a conservative but becuase I cant take another 4 years of Obama. I could get behind Ron Paul if he can show he actually has a snow balls chance in hell of getting elected over Obama.

One thing thats is definitely for sure, the Republicans had better put someone in the forefront with solid support ASAP or we will definitely be looking at another 4 years of Obama. Time is starting to tick away on the window of oppertunity here.

Not to mention he wanted to steal peoples' land under eminent domain in order to build the TTC.

There's also the matter of him possibly putting an innocent man to death. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rick_pe...odd_Willingham

A story by Politico predicts that if Texas governor Rick Perry runs for president, he will again have to deal with unproven rumors that he's gay.

Answer, Ron Paul!
If I thought he had one chance In a million of winning I would support him.

But he is to radical (sounding) I like the way he talks but it ain't gonna happen.

I still think Perry is the better choice In the long run.

If Ron Paul sounds radical, it's because this country has been straying from liberty and the Constitution for so long that they sound like alien concepts.

Treating Americans like adults who can be responsible for themselves? Nah, that could never work...

Ron Paul is by far the better man for the job but he's not electable. He's 75 years old.

Rick Perry on the other hand is electable. he's good looking, strong conservative but has a social side!

The bad thing about America..... You need the female vote, they generally vote for the best looking candidate. You also need to get as much of the minority as possible which means entitlements.

Where Rick Perry has gone soft has been when he's be facing election and items have come up that can be used against him so he swings a little left. After he's elected he goes to the right.

How is it he can go to 2 Bilderberg meetings and he's considered one of them but our dear leader can go to Jeremiah wrights church for 20 years but didn't listen?????

Rick Perry is for big business, jobs, revenue, taxation but limited government and balanced budgets.

Rick Perry is no socialist. Yes he is a typical politician but that's all that will be running for POTUS

I like Ron Paul but I don't think he'll make it past the primaries

Ronald Reagan was 74 when he was reelected for his second term. John McCain is one year younger than Ron Paul.
