I made a German pork roast - simmered in the crock pot last night. After school I will add potatoes to the pot and serve with fresh cucumber and onion salad.

I went to my coin collecting club meeting tonight, they had pizza for a snack. Not that many people showed up so they had lots leftover so it was all you can eat pizza and even take a piece home. Sausage, pepperoni and white cheese/garlic pizza....free food is always cool !!

Made a large pot of plain elbow pasta, added diced onion/green pepper/celery/mushrooms to a jar of store sauce. Ate it with french bread. Got stuffed. Froze a bunch for later.

Green bean salad, ham steak, sweet potatoes and corn bread. I have extra eggs and lemons, maybe a chess pie if I get motivated.

Got a boatload of ripe tomatoes from a fellow I work with.

So dinner is Tomato Sauce over pasta.

Simmering now.

Tomatoes
Onions
Fennel Seed
Garlic
Oregano
Thyme
S&P
Amounts were what looked good.

Garlic Bread and a Salad as sides.
