This is at least the 10th anti-gun piece of legislature that's been proposed this year .... usually it's some Chicago/Cook County little cockroach that's trying to impress their lunkheads back home .... they never have enough votes to even have a vote on the floor .....

Oh, now we see that on-line purchasing is fine if the store is in the same state so the sales tax gets paid. Safety of comra...ah, citizens seems to be less threatened if the tax man collects his due.

I've had enough of this Chicago corruption creeping into our state government. I told the wife to pick another state because we are moving. Quinn is just ignorant beyond belief. He's your typical corrupt Chicago Democrat in a position that overwhelms his abilities. The people of Illinois need to get Quinn in to a doctor for mental health treatment and soon too before he ruins the state.

And Quinn is trying to pull the same crap that Obama will soon be trying to pull to ban guns. Quinn is trying to use an "executive action" to ban the guns here in Illinois. That is the same exact thing I expect Obama to pull in a few days to ban private firearms all across America.

and what do hunting privledges have to do with the 2nd amendment right to bear arms?

The response was to deny Congress power to abridge the ancient right of individuals to keep and bear arms, so that the ideal of a citizens’ militia would be preserved''. Pp. 22–28.

you do understand the diffirence between a right and a privledge dont you?

I would hazard to guess that if the founding fathers could see the state that this country is in, they would probably want us to have Tanks, RPGs and Nukes. The USA has gone to hell but your rose colored glasses don't let you see that. YOU ARE A TROLL.

Are you serious?

We have the RIGHT to keep and bear arms, not the "privilege," our forefathers saw Obummer coming 235 years before he became POTUS, and explicitly spelled out that this was a RIGHT, intended to be used if our country became what we fought to get away from.

You're obviously the result of public school indoctrination.

"Gun control" is illegal, every b.s. piece of legislation that came down the pike since '34 has been an infringement of our rights.

Go back to your bridge Troll.

The residents of Illinois are as safe as they can be. The entire state is surrounded by other states who have guns, so they should be feeling just fine.

Hunting humans is best left to those who enjoy hunting humans. Once one gets the feel for it, the desire never goes away...

I ask..."And hunters need Assualt Weapons why??"

Not one of you has bothered to answer the question.

To hunt with.

Why can I not use it to hunt with? Why is it so evil and harmful?

Humans can adapt things. We can make them accurate and useful for any situation.

Assault Weapon is a political term. There is no law that states deer must be taken with a single shot, bolt action or semiautomatic, And the 2nd amendment right to bear arms has absolutely nothing to do with hunting. I see how deep your patriotism runs.
