I struggle with the same basic question on a few guns myself, and over the years I have learned this.

If you don't sell them you will always wonder if you should, if you do sell them you'll find out for sure.

Agreed, I was referring to more punch then a 223, 300 blk loaded properly is pretty much like shooting 7.62x39 in an ar with out the tapered case curved mag etc.... YMMV
