My newest Grendel with the upper I built on an existing lower that I already had.

- 18" Criterion stainless barrel with a rifle length gas system
- Tool Craft Bolt Carriage with a JP Headspaced/matched bolt
- Aero precision M4A1 upper and matching enhanced 12" handguard
- BCM Gun Fighter charging handle with the large latch
- JP adjustable clamp on gas block
- Spikes tactical carbon fiber gas tube
- Aero Precision M6 Gama muzzle device
- Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50 FFP scope
- Warne 20MOA Skeletal scope base

Waiting on a Harris bipod and a vortex scope bubble level as well.
Should be a shooter. Criterion guarantees MOA with match production ammo. Hand loads almost always bring better than MOA, so I will reload Grendel in the not too distant future.

A few of my more recent builds.

An A2 build I put together. TNTE 5.56 A2 CL barrel on a Numrich A2 Upper. Anderson Lower & LPK

A few stubby works in progress. This one is mostly done. I've already changed the safety since this pic. Still going to get a different bolt catch/release, maybe another small odd item or two as well. A PSA/FN 10.5" CHF/CL 5.56 upper, Anderson lower with a CMMG LPK.

These next 2 uppers are mostly done. Lowers are mostly done now too, just haven't gotten around to taking any more updated pics since then. First one is a10.3" Centurion CHF/CL 5.56 Barrel on a NoDak Spud upper receiver w/ Aero UPK except the tear drop FA. Anderson Lower CMMG LPK.

-

PSA 10.5" CHF/CL 5.56 upper that I pullet the reciever off & swapped in a NoDak Spud upper with another Aero UPK, except the teardrop FA. Also the Sig Romeo MSR is mounted on an inverted Roger's Tri-Rail

They all have either hard chrome or NiB BCG's.

This thread is 10 years old and still going strong. Some really nice builds here, guys. I might post one that finally got its last component installed last week.

Still deciding whether or not the gubmint should have such nice pics of my stolen rifles, those damned blm and antifa creeps! Looting everywhere and everyone, sheesh!
