Sweet baby Jesus this is brilliant! My kids drink these things all the time, they are just the right size to do some emergency food rations for an EDC bag or car kit. Looks like i figured out what I'll be messing with this weekend 👍

Back in my Army days, we would buy the box of juice at the PX/Commissary and once done, would rinse it and dry it, then we use it for koolaid for the kids. I know we used one for almost a year. It still held fluids fine and never leaked. Solid bag. We tossed at we moved. Bought a new one, and used it for a long time. Now they are all grown and gone, but I will look for one now for nostalgia.

If you have an Aldi in your area, their "bagged IV drinks" aka copy cat capri sun, are really good, mostly all natural and are probably the same bags. We buy those for the grand kids, and we drink them also. cut a coner, dump in blender with ice, add the appropriate adult additive and instant fru fru drink.

I have done this but honestly the hassle factor became too high and my wife complained about washing them all the time. It seems I have an endless supply because my son and several of his friends drink them 2 at a time
