I'd like to say I take classes, but just run simple drills myself...within the confines of the ranges available to me. I haven't had access to a "good" range since I left Maine.
I don't have the name right now, but I did see a place not too far from me that had my interest.

Knees and leg muscle only slightly sore after the squats...hoped for more muscle and less knee soreness, but it is what it is.

x3 cycles

Pullups

Been lazy this week, skipped my normal gym day, but did some home stuff.
Also got another 25# KB for the wife, she wanted two...and I'm using them as well.

10/15
2 KB DL
(25s) x25

2 KB press
(25) x10

2 KB Squat
(25) x5

2 KB Sn.
(25) 2x20

2 KB crunch
(25) x10

2 KB curl/ext
(25) 10/10

single KB (24kg) Snatch x5-10

Short and simple, felt less guilty for skipping the gym. I like having matching pairs of KBs even at 25lbs...makes me want matching 24kg ones.

Another fast/light home workout this morning... should have a different word for it than "workout"...

Anyway, as follows and better than nothing.

2 (25) KBs

warm up.
DL-curl-press x5

Alt press 4x15

Alt row 4x15

Pipelift (25) x3 each side

that's it.

Well boys, I had a little issue yesterday that will put a temporary hold on hitting the gym...wrecked the truck. Not hurt bad, so I'm good to go there, just some light pains mostly in the arms and neck, but transportation wise is a problem, and financial issues that go hand in hand with it all.

Unrelated good news, a new gym is opening down the street from me, so I can change gyms and have a far more convenient location to workout at.

Dang, sorry to hear about the accident, but like you said, at least your not hurt bad or anything, those aches and pains suck, I had the same thing some time back when I got hit. Hopefully it will all go away soon.

Then the gym opening down the street, maybe a blessing in disguise!

Hate to hear about the wreck, Belnik. At least you survived and escaped relatively unharmed. Make sure you're healed before returning to the gym.

Finally hit the gym again, probably going to feel it tomorrow.

TM.
1 mile @ 6.5, then walk .10, and run .30 @ 7.0, walk .10-run .30 @ 7.5mph.(felt pretty good, expected worse)

Pullups
x3-3-3-3 All high, but no muscle ups
chins x5-5

Dips 4x10

Tri press down (leaning back/away)
(32) x20-12-10

TRX strap Pushups x10-8 (didn't like these, the setup forces the straps to rub against you, much prefer my rings for this sort of thing)

Rower
542 M in 2:27

Unrelated news: Found out my truck was totaled as I thought, have not received any money yet but its all covered. On the fence of getting something new or perhaps buying something old and cheap and avoiding a payment for a bit...If we get something new or close to it, it will be for the wife and I'll get her old car as she told me "I had my chance". Or I may buy the car I am borrowing from work for a few thousand, and next year probably get myself something newer.
