I thought you martial arts guys may be interested in this.

Being from the UK we have a un-taped source of martial arts right under are noses and this is the sikh fighting arts.

I was accepted and studied these arts back in the 80s.

So here is a link for you guys to look at,The Chakram is a throwing disc used effectively in battle by Sikhs.

http://www.flight-toys.com/rings/chackrum.html

Ive also included a picture of my licence and sikh braclet which is also a weapon.

Default Excellent Weapon

Just found out about this weapon and I think it is absolutely fantastic if you don't want to carry a gun. They look like bracelets to most people and most would be none the wiser.

The Sikh bracelet worn on the right wrist isn't a weapon...it's one of the 5 items in the religious life. It's a solid steel band signifying the continuance of God

It can be a weapon if they sharpened these religious bracelets.

You really don,t need to sharpen them to be opened up by them as most have an edge but its slightly rounded but hurt just the same.
