Title is fairly self-explanatory, lol. Been thinking about getting in some classes and would like to find a good school here if possible. Did some research and ran across a few names, yet don't know anything about them.

What are the names?
I'm still somewhat new to KY, but some of the schools have a presence in other states.

Campcraft Outfitters, Nature Reliance, Hunt Survival. Those are the ones I found. Nature Reliance in Winchester appears well regarded.

Rockcastle shooting center, near Bowling Green, offers an assortment of firearms and survival classes. I've never been to one but have been considering it.

Default Nature Reliance School

I've taken a few classes from Craig. Hes good, knows what hes doing and you walk away from the class with skills you didn't have going in.

Default Canterbury has many classes.

Dave has many classes I have attended. He is 1:30 hours from Cincinnati, due east. The classes are at his personal house/land. You can find them at self reliance outfitters. His chief instructor also teaches classes at his place near Owenton, ky. I have both their contact info if desired.

Thats easy...come live in Lexington ky between 2cnd and 7th streets a few months....make sure you walk the streets night and day....trade off....make sure your wearing body armor and running shoes! Carry an infantryman's basic load and your AR or a couple of pistols...

This. Justin Vititoe is a great guy and knows his stuff. He's the director of training there and teaches most of the classes. Former Army sniper and sniper instructor. He did 35 days on season two of the Alone tv show. Great sense of humor and a good teacher, plus, he never lied about his military service. (Sorry, had to throw that in there. I have a hard time with Canterbury for that reason).

Tagscribe, didn't know Canterbury was that close. I've seen a few places running his credentials down, others saying he was great. Any opinions?

The primary issue people have with Canterbury is the fact that he lied about his military record in order to get on the Dual Survival TV show. Doesn't really have anything to do with his bushcraft or survival skills but it still rubs some the wrong way.
